Welcome to Tygra Universe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Tygra Universe (“Tygra Universe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the The Pride mobile application, the web portal at pride.tygrauniverse.com, the site tygrauniverse.com, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Services contain mature creative content and are intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If we learn that a user is under the required age, we will terminate the account.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, including a valid email address and a unique username.
- You may not use another person’s account or share your account with anyone else.
- You must notify us immediately at support@tygrauniverse.com of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security incident.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Post sexual content involving minors or any other content prohibited by applicable law. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
- Access or attempt to access the Services through automated means, scrape data, or bypass any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or any content within them without our prior written consent.
- Use the Services to advertise, send unsolicited communications, or otherwise spam other users.
We may, at our sole discretion, remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
The Services include community features (such as the Story Forge, comments, and profile content) that allow you to create or submit content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of the User Content you create.
By submitting User Content, you grant Tygra Universe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display that User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. This license ends when you or we remove the User Content from the Services, subject to backups and legal retention.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit.
- The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- The User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for User Content posted by you or other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Tygra Universe — including the Tygra Universe brand, logos, artwork, characters, lore, chronicles, audio narrations, software, designs, and the look and feel of the Services — is owned by Tygra Universe or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Devotion Points, Ranks & Rewards
The Services may include virtual rewards such as “Devotion Points”, ranks, badges, streaks, and similar in-app awards. These rewards:
- Have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable.
- Are licensed, not sold, to you for use only within the Services.
- May be earned, adjusted, capped, expired, or revoked at our reasonable discretion (for example, if obtained through abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms).
We may modify the rules, mechanics, or value of any virtual rewards at any time, including discontinuing them entirely.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
If we make paid features, subscriptions, or merchandise available, additional terms (including pricing, billing, taxes, and refund policies) will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms. Purchases made through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) are also subject to that platform’s terms.
8. Push Notifications & Communications
By using the Services, you agree that we may send you transactional emails, in-app messages, and (with your consent) push notifications related to the Services. You can manage notification preferences in your device or app settings.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may interoperate with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and app stores. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from within the app or by emailing support@tygrauniverse.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
11. Disclaimers
The Services and all content within them are provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tygra Universe disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any content (including User Content) will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Tygra Universe or its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Tygra Universe’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Tygra Universe for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tygra Universe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services, by email, or by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tygra Universe maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, provided that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tygra Universe regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
